Delete your Huffle account

In the app

Open Huffle and go to Profile, then Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete my account.
Confirm. If you signed in with Apple you will be asked to confirm with Apple, so Huffle’s access to your Apple ID can be revoked.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@huffle.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email and delete it, normally within a few business days.

What is deleted

Your profile, username, bio and profile photo.
Your activities, posts, comments and photos.
Your messages, including photos and voice notes you sent.
Your buddies, group memberships and join requests. A group you were the only member of is deleted with its photo.
Your training plans, coaching conversations and stored AI prompts.
Your Strava connection and any Strava data we stored. We also ask Strava to revoke Huffle’s access.
Your push notification token and sign-in details.

What may be kept

A report you filed about another person, or a report filed about you, may be kept for a limited time where needed for safety, security or legal reasons. Backups are deleted on a normal schedule.
