These terms govern your use of the Huffle app and huffle.app, operated by GJS Corp (“Huffle”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Huffle you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Huffle. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
You must be at least 16 and able to use the app lawfully where you live.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted or scheduled through it. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Huffle helps you meet real people in real places. Treat that seriously. You agree not to:
We can remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules or are reported repeatedly.
You own what you post. By posting it you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it within Huffle to the audience you choose (for example public, buddies, or a group or activity). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users have already received and backups that are deleted on a normal schedule. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Features such as Strava sync, Apple and Google sign-in, maps, weather, and translation depend on third-party services we do not control, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. If you connect Strava, you authorize Huffle to read your Strava data as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can revoke that at any time from Huffle or from Strava. Huffle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc. Your use of Strava is also governed by Strava’s own terms.
Race listings come from public sources and from users. We do not organize these events, and dates, distances, locations and registration details can change or be wrong. Check with the race organizer before you register or travel.
Huffle offers Free, Plus and Pro plans. Billing is not live yet, and during the beta everyone has full access at no charge. When billing launches, paid plans will renew automatically until canceled and will be billed through the App Store or Google Play under their cancellation and refund rules. We will tell you before any charge begins.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 11 to 13) continue after your account ends.
Huffle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that other users or events will be as described.
To the extent permitted by law, Huffle and GJS Corp are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at or because of an activity, group or race you found or joined through Huffle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms as Huffle changes. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Huffle after that means you accept the updated terms.
